1. What are the delivery costs and times?
- France & Belgium : Free delivery on orders over €150 .
- EU : Free delivery on orders over €250 .
- International : Free delivery on orders over €300 (delivery costs calculated automatically at checkout according to the selected carrier).
- Order preparation : 1 to 7 business days. Each piece is prepared with care to guarantee the best possible quality.
- Delivery times : The exact delivery time is indicated during order confirmation.
Delivery times vary depending on the country and the chosen carrier (La Poste, DHL, UPS, etc.). These times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to logistical issues. - For urgent orders, please specify this in the order notes.
2. Do you deliver to my country?
Yes, we deliver worldwide , except in exceptional cases of countries not served for logistical or regulatory reasons.

3. Are there any additional customs fees or taxes? (International)
- For deliveries outside the European Union , customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply upon arrival of the package.
- These fees are the responsibility of the customer and depend on the regulations of your country.
- We advise you to check with your country's customs services before ordering.
4. My parcel is lost or returned, what should I do?
- Lost package : Contact us immediately via the Contact page with your order number.
- Returned package : You will be refunded upon receipt of the return, and will need to reorder if necessary.
5. Can I track my order?
Yes, a tracking link will be sent to you by email once your parcel has been shipped; please check your spam/junk mail folder or contact us.
1. How do I return an item?
- Cancellation period : 14 days after receipt.
- Return conditions : Product unworn , in its original packaging, with tags.
- Procedure :

- We will confirm the return address and the procedure to follow.
- Pack your jewelry carefully (ideally in the original packaging + protection).

2. Which items cannot be returned?
For hygiene and personalization reasons, some items cannot be returned, including:
- Earrings (unless never worn and still sealed, at our discretion),
- Personalized jewelry (engravings, custom creations, special sizes, etc.),
- Gift cards, promotional codes, or final sale products marked as non-returnable.
These cases are specified, where applicable, on the product sheet.
3. Can I exchange an item?
- Direct exchanges are generally not possible.
- The usual procedure is:
Return the desired item (if it is eligible for return),
Receive a refund ,
Place a new order for the desired item (different size, different model, etc.).
4. When and how will I be reimbursed?
- Once we have received and checked your return, we will process the refund within 24 to 48 business hours .
- The refund is made to the same payment method used for the purchase (bank card, PayPal, etc.).
- Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear in your account.
1. Where are your products manufactured?
Our jewelry is designed in France and made with carefully selected hypoallergenic materials :
- 925 sterling silver, nickel-free
- Genuine gold and/or high-quality gilding
- Other materials compatible with sensitive skin .
Each piece is then checked and prepared before shipment from our partner workshops.
2. Are your jewelry pieces suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. We prioritize nickel-free materials that are compatible with sensitive skin.
If you have a known allergy (specific metal, plating, etc.), please do not hesitate to contact us before your purchase so that we can guide you towards the most suitable parts.
3. How do I care for my jewelry?
To prolong the life and shine of your jewelry:
- To avoid :
- Seawater, swimming pool, spa (chlorine, salt and chemicals),
- Perfumes, creams, household products,
- Prolonged contact with other metals or abrasive surfaces.
- Best practices :
- Remove your jewelry before showering, sleeping, playing sports or doing manual work.
- Gently wipe them with a soft cloth after contact with skin or water,
- Store them separately in their original pouch or box to avoid scratches and friction.
4. What does the warranty cover?
- Manufacturer's warranty: 2 years
- Covers manufacturing defects (defective clasp, abnormal welding, etc.).
- Does not cover normal wear and tear, breakage due to misuse or impact, natural oxidation of metals, or losses.
- Repairs :
- Some repairs can be offered on a quote basis (e.g., broken chain, clasp to be replaced).
- Contact us via the Contact page with photos of the jewelry in question.
- Re-plating :
If the plating on your jewelry has faded over time, a replating service can be offered on request (depending on the model).

5. Do you offer custom-made or personalized jewelry?
Yes, in some cases. For a custom-made creation or personalized jewelry (wedding, event, special gift):
- Send us your project via the Contact page, describing:
- the type of jewelry (ring, necklace, bracelet, earrings),
- the desired metal,
- any stones,
- your indicative budget.
We will respond with the options, deadlines and prices.
1. How can I tell if my order has gone through?
After your payment has been validated, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing:
- your order number,
- the items ordered,
- Your delivery and billing address.
If you do not receive this email within one hour, please check your spam folder . If necessary, please contact us.
2. Can I cancel or modify my order?
- Cancelation :
- Possible within 2 hours of ordering, as long as preparation has not started.
- Contact us as soon as possible via the Contact page or by email, indicating your order number.
- Modification (address, product, size, etc.) :
- Once the order is being prepared or shipped, we can no longer modify it.
- In case of error, you will have to wait for receipt and then, if eligible, proceed with a return .
3. I sent to the wrong address, what should I do?
Contact us immediately with your order number and the correct address.
If the package has not yet been shipped, we will update the address.
If the package has already been shipped:
- We cannot guarantee the modification.
- In the event of a return to sender, reshipment may incur additional delivery charges.

Yes, our jewelry is carefully packaged in a suitable pouch or box .
